The location of the hotel was fantastic - just a short walk from the train station and convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Palazzo Firenze. The rooftop bar provided fine views of the city, and the friendly barman made sure we had a nice experience. The interior of the hotel was beautifully designed and added to the overall charm of our stay. Despite a few drawbacks, we found the positives of our stay at Palazzo Firenze to outweigh any negatives. we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Naples.
